| Is there any chance of D'Addario making the low .84 string from the Jerry Jones shortscale/Bass VI sets available as a single string? The other gauges are available with guitar ball ends but the thickest single available right now is an .80.
Especially with a lot more 8-string guitars being made now I'm sure I wouldn't be alone in appreciating the option. It can be important to dial in the right tension for that low string. |
